The Life Settlements Wholesale Fund (“the Fund”) is an Australian Registered Managed Investment Scheme (ARSN 110 346 695) and uses Life Settlements as its underlying asset.

The Fund is structured as a Unit Trust with a Responsible Entity who is the Fund Manager (AFS License 246630).

Life Settlements Funds Limited ACN 100 885 505 is an Australian unlisted public company owned 50% by Australian interests and 50% by specialist American provider companies, CMG Surety, LLC and Life Settlement Providers, LLC and is the Fund's Responsible Entity. 

Life Settlements Funds Limited holds an Australian Financial Services License 246630.

The Responsible Entity has appointed two custodians, Perpetual Trustee Company Limited (Australia) and The Bank of New York Mellon (USA).

The Fund’s core activity is to actively manage a large and diverse portfolio of life insurance policies issued by companies in the USA that qualify as Life Settlements. These are typically USA based Universal Life Insurance Policies.

The Offer

The Life Settlements Wholesale Fund Product Disclosure Statements ("PDS") offers the opportunity to subscribe for units in the Life Settlements Wholesale Fund ("the Fund") an open ended unit trust.

The Fund is not restricted in the number of units it may issue under the PDS as the Fund will continue to acquire assets so long as there is demand from investors.
